About Us
Mark Phillips Developments started with Mark over 15 years ago, although Mark’s time in the development world goes back even further. Right out of university Mark bought his first house and spent many months renovating and improving it. When he met his now wife he realised he didn’t need to move into it, so he rented it out instead. He did this a few times over – buying and renovating houses, before deciding he wanted to start building them from scratch instead. So, Mark set up Mark Phillips Developments and quickly became one of the best property developers in the South East.
While Mark is the heart and soul of the business, over the years he has brought on a small team of experienced tradesmen to expand our capabilities beyond simple building work. Now, Mark Phillips Developments has around 20 qualified and experienced tradespeople with all of the skills and expertise needed to design and build new homes. Our brand has come to stand for modern techniques and functionality, environmentally friendly technology and exceptional quality throughout.
